The product is covered by warranty for 18 months from the date of production. Each telephone has a unique date stamp and serial number.
To authorise a warranty repair please telephone, fax or e-mail the following details to the contact details below.
- Your name and contact details
- Type and serial number of the faulty unit
- Nature of the fault
We will give you a returns number and log your call, send the faulty unit to the address below quoting the returns number and the unit will be repaired or replaced without charge. We will return the unit to you at our expense.
